When a person enters predefined safety distances (such as 5 m, 10 m, or 15 m), the system triggers visual and audible warnings to alert the operator. If the distance becomes critical, the system can automatically limit speed or initiate braking, helping prevent collisions before they happen.


To ensure reliable detection in dust, low light, or blind corners, the system integrates millimeter-wave radar forklift detection. The radar accurately detects people, vehicles, and obstacles within multiple configurable zones, including reminder, warning, and speed-limiting areas. Reverse detection can reach up to 20 meters, with accuracy down to 10 cm, providing consistent forklift collision avoidance even in harsh environments.

An intelligent video monitoring module offers real-time visual assistance on the in-cab display, eliminating blind spots and improving operator awareness. The system records operation footage with built-in storage, supporting event review, accident investigation, and safety management compliance.
